What Could A Pimple Oozing Yellow Crust And Blood On Outer Ear Indicate?

On my outer right ear inbetween the helix and triangular fossa, it started out what felt like a pimple and even though it s on the inner rim of helix closest to the TF, and so I pushed around on it on the outside of helix and at this point I grabbed a q tip and just wiped it off, it was a yellow crust and mixture of blood, I used a wash rag cleaned it and neosporined it three days ago. It has not improved so I used peroxide directly on it and it burned for atleast 10 mins and was so thereafter... what could it be? I have googled everything and I m afraid it isn t just a pimple or blackhead. Any suggestions? Thanks.
