What Could A Popping Sensation Near My Scar And Noticed A Pea-sized Lump Be After Tendon Repair Surgery?

Hello, back in October I had an injury to my hand and went through both my Flexor and Extensor tendon which were repaired through surgery. I have just recently felt an on and off popping sensation in my hand just by the scar. A hard pea size lump has appeared which seems to be the route of the sensation. Does anyone know what this could be please? Thanks in advance
