What Could Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Heavy Bleeding, And Fatigue Indicate?

I've has abdominal pain, nausea, heavy bleeding, and fatigue. I dont know what could be wrong. My mom suggests pregnancy but i dont think so. The last time i was sexually active was may 20th. Also i missed my period last month and i just came on june 2nd when i was supposed to have one may 6th.
