What Could An Abnormal Mammogram, Arm Pain With A Breast Finding Mean?

what does it generally mean if after a mamogram if you get a call back saying they found something and want you to come back for another mamorgram and ultra sound? my left arm has also been hurting lately and they said they found something on the left breast. i have no lumps or anything like that that i could notice
