What Could Be Causing A Fortnight Of Intermittent Spotting Without Pain Or A Period, Despite Taking M2 Tone And Cystolib Nutra?

Having spotting issue from 15 days.. but not continuous and not heavy flow... No pain... Last month period was on 20 August. This month I didn t get periods. But spotting issue from past 15 days.. Currently I m taking m2 tone with cystolib nutra.. but no improvement.. so pls suggest me...
