What Could Be Causing A Recurring Prickling Pain In My Upper Eyelid When Blinking, Even After Rinsing With Water?

Hi Doc, i have a prickling feeling/pain in my upper eyelid when blinking. this happens often and goes away on its own. i check if its an eyelash or dirt and always rinse my eye with water when it happens but nothing helps. i just bare with it until it stops.
