What Could Be Causing A Red, Tender But Painless Bump On My Vaginal Wall That Has Lasted 7 Days?

I have swollen bump type something on my vaginal wall which is red and tender but painless .. It has been 7 days .. I have not had sex but just vaginal and penis skin contact no penetration no ejaculation and that too one year ago .. And now i got low grade fever too.. Then what is the reason behing this ?
