What Could Be Causing Chronic Lower Abdominal And Waist Pain With Dizziness, When Medications Haven’t Helped?

Hello Doctor I have chronic lower abdominal pains ,waist pains and dizziness and also I m not sexually active.I went twice to a physician and he gave me paracetamol and citrofloxacine but still the problem persist. Some days the pains become better some becomes worse
