What Could Be Causing Constant, Heavy, Clear Vaginal Discharge With A Slight Odor For A Week?

Okay so my period last about 7 days I started on the 7th of every month and it ends about the 17th I ve been out of jail for the past 3 weeks I ve had sex with maybe four guys in the past 3 weeks for the past week now I have been having and constant everyday all day vaginal discharge and it s a lot at a time and it has a little smell to it but not sure what s going on it s clear I m just trying to see what s going on with me
