What Could Be Causing Excessive Saliva After A Recent Abortion And Treatment For A Vaginal Yeast Infection?

I had an abortion last month,after the bleeding and I went back for test and scan to be sure that I am no longer pregnant.... results came out negative The doctor found out that I have vaginal yeast infection The issue is... early this week...I started getting excessive saliva in my mouth What could be the reason??
