What Could Be Causing Mild, Non-red, Non-swollen Pain In My Right Testicle For A Week?

Hi, İ have a little pain in my right testis, it began about 1week ago i think, I researched information about testis pain, but my symptoms is not as I found from internet. I have a little pain in my right testis, but no redness, no growth, no nausea, i couldnt remember i got testis impact nowadays, this little pain annoying me, what can I do? What causes this? Thank you
