What Could Be Causing Months-long Larynx Irritation With Occasional Pain, Raspy Voice, Nasal Irritation When Breathing, And Burning Tongue?

Hi. I ve been having like an irritation i would say in my larynx. It sometimes hurts and feels raspy when i talk so I avoid talking much. I ve also been noticing that sometimes when it gets raspy like that and hurts, it also starts feeling much irritated when i breathe (through my nose). I also get this burning sensation on my tongue. I ve been getting this for quite some time now...months, some days more than others. I wonder what this could possibly be. I will get an endoscopy done in some weeks, but I do wanna have like an idea of what it could be already, so I hope you can help me with this. I am a type 1 diabetes patient, sugar levels are under good control.
