What Could Be Causing My Chest Fluttering And Occasional PACs?

Hello, I keep having this fluttering in my chest. It feels like a PAC. I will ha e. String of 3-5 back to back . Then a normal heart rate. During the string my heart rate slows down. I don t get dizzy, no pain, no shortness of breath. What s going on and what should I do? I have had a halter monitor on but my event didn t happen
