What Could Be Causing My Heavy Periods, Groin And Back Pain, And Nausea, And Is Lasering The Womb The Best Option?

I have really heavy bleeding when I have periods. I have to change my clothes it’s been happening often over the last 2 years. Pain in my groin. Pain in my back. Pain comes more when ovulating. I have had scans on ovaries and nothing showing. Gynaecologist suggest lasering the womb but I feel there is more going on. I also have nausea with it. It’s getting me down. I’m 36 married with 2 Kids aged 15 and 10
