What Could Be Causing My Irregular Bleeding And Pain After Getting A Mirena IUD Placed?

I got my Mirena IUD placed in October. I stopped having my period in Jan. I had light bleeding on friday March 18th, then on saturday, I had heavy bleeding with stomach pain and back pain, on sunday I had no bleeding and on monday I was back to light bleeding, what could be the cause of this?
