What Could Be Causing My Itchy Vagina With Tiny Bruises After A Myomectomy And Antibiotics?

Good morning. I m 23 years old.2 weeks ago, I had a myectomy to remove 9 uterine fibroids which fortunately did not affect me womb. was treated with so many antibiotics and co..but for 4 days now, I ve been having an itchy vagina.. when I scratch, I get tiny bruises. Please what should I do or what could be the cause?
