What Could Be Causing My Persistent Post Nasal Drip, Difficulty Swallowing On The Left Side, And Swollen Gland Despite Antibiotics And Using Flomist?

Hi, I am suffering from a recurrent post nasal drip. Dr has suggested flomist once daily. I hve had 3 antibiotics in 3 months, for a sinus infection and bronchitis and middle ear infection. The post nasal is still there, constant mucous in my throat. Difficulty swallowing on my left side. Gland protruding on my left side jaw as well.
