What Could Be Causing My Recent Premature Ejaculation Lasting Under 2 Minutes?

Hi, I have been noticing a pattern of premature ejaculation lately. Everytime i try to have intercourse or masturbate, it doesn’t take more than two minutes for me to ejaculate. It wasn’t always like that and i could last half an hour, but not even if i masturbate an hour or so before sex, I don’t last longer than two minutes tops, no matter how many times i masturbated in the day already. And i can get hard right after i ejaculate which is not the norm for me. It has started to negatively affect my relationship and i have no idea how to fix it.
