What Could Be Causing New Bruises On My Legs And Occasionally Other Areas When I Take B12 Shots, Anxiety And Cholesterol Medication?

I do not remember hitting myself on anything to injure myself but I wake up every morning and I have a new bruise on my way they are all up and down my leg summer small and yellow now and summer bright red what could this be from I ve been recently seeing my doctor because my B 12 is extremely low and I have been getting the B12 shots and I have been taking medication for anxiety and for my high cholesterol but that is the only medication that I am taking what could be causing these bruises I have noticed that they re all my legs I had one on my arm and I had one on my breast but it seems like every morning when I wake up I have new bruises
