What Could Be Causing Pain, Burning, And Swelling During And After Sex After A Vaginal Infection And Treatment?

Hi, so I m married. 2 weeks back I had sex and after 3 rounds I felt a burning painful sensation. From there I developed white discharge like cottage cheese, no smell, was itchy.... I got clotrimazole cream, Metronidazole and doxycycline but after treatment when I attempt sex I still feel that intense pain during penetration.. And after sex it s burning and I m usually swollen then get better. I have fear of having sex because I don t seem to be getting better
