What Could Be Causing Painful Red Patches On My Penis That Haven’t Improved With Fluconazole And Miconazole?

I have red patches on my penis and it is very painful. I cant touch it even if I clean it with water it pains like hell. The Doctor advised me to take Flucanazole every alternate date for 5 days and apply Micronazole Nitrate cream but it didnt improved. I applied Micro derm powder and I am feeling little better. In October 2022 he advised Terbiforce Plus NF but it worsened after using it. Now I have to go to the Doctor tmrw. What is your advice.
