What Could Be Causing Persistent Mild Pain And Bloating In My Uterus Area Despite Known Fibroids?

Hello, i have a mild but perssistent pain/pressure in the uterus area ( i also have a subserous uterus fibrom -4 cms,and a smaller one -1cms inside). Performed 3 ultrasounds, no other problem reported, but i always feel bloated, and this pain.. i can feel it for a week now. I have to mention that i already had my period 10 days ago, also ovulation never hurt before. Thank you!
