What Could Be Causing Persistent Right Testis, Scrotum And Leg Pain Despite Low Vitamin D Level?

Hii Doctor I had feel pain in my right testis or whole scrotum in my right leg also I don’t understand where exactly pain is yesterday I meet a urologist He examine my scotrum and testist He did a Ultrasound Abdomen and Ultrasound Scotrum Dopler and in blood he did Vitamin B12 test and Vitamin D 25(OH) Both ultrasound are clear in Vitamin D report value is 15.78 I don’t know What is it but I feel the pain Every time after taking pain medicine . But I don’t understand where the pain is actually Please Help Me as soon as possible .. Hoping for positive response .
