What Could Be Causing Recurring Sharp Scrotum And Pelvic Pain?

hi, i have been suffering from pain in scrotum balls and pelvic area. recently done usg, prostrate is normal. however the pain in scrotum and urinary tract is recurring and sharp since one month. started taking Disodium hydrogen citrate and nitrofurantoin 100 mg tablet from prescription of medical practisioner. Urine culture report is yet to come. routine urine and Kidney function test are normal. Please advise the possible causes and remedy.
