What Could Be Causing Symptoms Like Penile Numbness, Semen Bubbles, And Urinary Discomfort?

Hello. I have recently began showing these symptoms: Loss of sensitivity in my penis, bubbles in my semen, a burning sensation after ejaculating and sometimes after urination, a slight tenderness at the base of my penis, and some general discomfort in my lower abdomen. Occasionally, there s pain in my penis if I touch it a certain way, but it s not common. I m 27 and male. I had sex over a month ago, both vaginally and anally, and only used a condom part of the time. Without getting too graphic, my partner was pulling somewhat hard on my penis with her hand at one point, which was a little painful. I am unsure whether or not this is a factor.
