What Could Be Happening? I'm Experiencing Lower Abdominal And Lower

What could be happening? I'm experiencing lower abdominal and lower back discomfort..it first was a burning sensation(abdomen) and thought it may be the beginning of a uti...then had a recent bowel movement where I had seemingly a large amount of clear mucus discharged. I immediately felt better but am still having abdominal pain/tenderness with flatulence.
