What Could Be The Black Spot In The Middle Of Bruise On Knee?

on my knee i have a bruise, i just noticed it this morning and i don't remember hitting my knee to cause the bruise, well in the middle of this bruise is a black spot about the size of a ball point pen and once i saw the black spot it scared of me. do i need to worry or get this checked out.
