What Could Be The Brown Itchy Rashes On Pubic Area Which Is Spreading?

hi 30 year old female and i have spots kinda like a brown rash on my pubic area has been there for 2 years since i had my daughter but in last week has apparently spread on inner thighs and stomach and is dry and itchy was wondering if someone know what it could be?
