What Could Be The Cause For Elevated ESR Level And Low Hemoglobin Level?

Hi, please note that my esr levels are at 72 and HB levels are at 9.8 have got all other blood tests like liver function test, kidney function test, complete blood count, chest x ray is clear, ultrasound whole abdomen, ultrasound neck is clear, all tests are in normal limits. Plz advise.
