What Could Be The Cause Of Heat In My Hands, Feet, And Mouth After Sperm Leakage When My Bilirubin And Liver Enzymes Are Slightly Elevated?

Hii my total billurubin is 1.4, direct billurubin is 0.4 sgot 43iu/l spgt 83 ,alkaline 109, total protein7.8 gm/dl as of February 3rd report ..so am on dite but last night in sleeping sperm leacked form that time am feeling heat in my hands ,foot and in my mouth what is the reason and all reports came normal with no diabetic so suggest me .. thankyou
