What could be the cause of mid cycle pelvic pain and bloating? I am 25 years old, diagnosed with PCOS but normal pelvic ultrasound normal TSH, prolactin and testosterone. Normally have 45 day cycles and bloating cramping Increased cervical mucous started yesterday (day 26 of my cycle)
