What Could Be The Cause Of Missing Periods?

Hi I came of the contraceptive pill in December and it's now June I had a period in February but haven't had anymore I know they say it can take a while to become regular but why haven't I had a period since February I am not pregnant as I have done multiple tests me and my partner are trying to conceive but are finding it hard as I don't know if or when I'm ovulating
