What Could Be The Cause Of My Chronic Left Flank Pain Radiating To The Pelvic Region And Penis?

I have chronic left flank pain which radiates into the pelvic region especially the penis. I have done several investigations in the cause of this problem which include the following: upper and lower colonoscopy on two occasions, barium enemas (including barium meal), thrice prostate examination, several pelvic and abdominal scans, kidney function test. All of these tests returned negative. However, I did h pylori test which reported positive. I have taken the following drugs; combination of amoxicillin, clarithromycin and Omeprazole repeatedly. After I went for a confirmatory test which proved negative. Now I am still having this excruciating pain and night mare. What else should I need to do, I am tired and dying slowly.
