What Could Be The Cause Swelling Which Is Shifting Moving

What could be the cause swelling which is shifting moving from one place to another it started on the top left side of my scalp, moved down into my temple, then under my eye, now the whole left side of my face with over all numbness and some pain in my cheekbone area.
I had despot injections for migraines about four months ago could there be any connection between that and the swelling?
