What Could Be The Growth In Vagina?

i have 6 or 7 growths ranging in sizes from a cm and smaller around my vaginal opening. they are flat and smooth and i don't have any other symptoms nor is there any pain or abnormal vaginal discharge...is it genital warts? i've looked at countless pictures and none of them look like what i have... :(
