What Could Be The Lump Outside Vagina?

i have a hard lump on the outside of my vagina lip it doesn't hurt or anything, but I have notice a little blood in my urine in the last 3 weeks i had a hysterotmy and 10 yaers ago at 27 years of age due to stage 1 cancer and a large tumor in my uterus just wondering if they could be related or what this new problem is..
