What Could Be The Maximum Body Temperature In Adults?

MY wife has a fever and I believe it its the flu. My son had it, and it better, but she has a temperature of between 102.5 and 103.1....At what point should I be concerned about her temperature? I know it is a problem for children once they hit 104, what is the "tipping point" for adults?
