What Could Be The Pimple Like Mark On Cervix?

I went for a pap and the doc said she found a pimple like mark on my cervix she swabbed it and said we would treat whatever it was after the results were in. However she acts like she doesnt know what it could be and Im freaking out I had thought I might have a yeast infection until that, Please help me get the answers I need to rest easy
