What Could Be The Reason For My Delayed Period And White Discharge After Taking Meprate For 5 Days?

I am 35 and trying to conceive. I have PCOS however my periods are very regular and normal.I had my periods on 27th Jan, then there was very light bleeding on 19th day and since then no periods. On 34th day, I did home test and it was negative,when i informed my doc, he prescribed meprate twice daily for 5 days. It is a week since I stopped medicine but still no periods. I am seeing some white discharge as well since past few days. What could be the reason?
