What Could Be The Reason For Pain In Right Breast?

i a 5'4' 51 yrs old & about 190lbs, No cancer history. 1st started to feel a stabbing hot pain in my right breast while moving in my sleep. I started to sleep w/ a sports bra right away & it stopped. Now while I am awake & wearing a bra, when I bend down, I get the pain again?
