What Could Be The Sensitive Spots On Forearm And Knuckle?

I have one spot on the top of my forearm (right where my elbow is) and one spot between my ring finger and middle finger knuckles that are quite sensitive. When I touch these spots with my hand it feels similar to an orgasm but much less intense. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
