What Could Be The Significance Of The CT Findings Of Subpleural Lung Nodules, Atelectasis, Calcified Granuloma, And Lymphadenopathy?

My husband is suffering shortness of breath since his dx of Covid in November. Sats are running 94%. Sent for a ct with contrast and results indicate a 0.8 cm subpleural right upper lobe with mild adjacent linear atelectasis. 0.5 cm noncalcified subplural right lower lung nodule. Calcified granuloma in left lower lung. 1.5x2.5 right lower paratracheal lymphadenopathy as well as other smaller mediastinal lymph nodes present. 0.9 peripancreatic lymph node. Any thoughts?
