What Could Be The Small Lump At The Tip Of Lip?

Hi I have this bump that is one my bottom lip. It is the same color as my lip and I have been having it for a week now. For a while it look like a bump but today, it has a small hole in the middle(like its a scratch) of it and it doesn t hurt at all. Do you know what it could be?
