What Could Be Wrong With A Child That Feels He

What could be wrong with a child that feels he should be first in everything? Home and at school,he feels he is the only one,to answer question,He wants to boss everyone,children and adults.He feels he shoud tell everyone what to do,when to do or even if they are allowed to do what he says.He gets very upset and yells,cries,and screams if it is not his way and he is not the boss.He is a middle child and trys to take everything from his older brother and younger sister.He has always been this way even as a baby.This is effecting everyone around him.
