What Could Be Wrong With Me In Ur Option. My

What could be wrong with me in ur option. My chest has been hurting me, sometimes more then others it seems to feel like it's hurting in the middle of my chest but it start in the bottom of my throught and hurts all the way down were my ribs end right before my belly. It fills like I swallowed a huge dry ball. I have tried drinking water when this happens it does not seem to have an affect.
