What Could Be Wrong With The Inside Of My Leg

What could be wrong with the inside of my leg on the thigh side and on the shin side? I recently spent 3 days of work walking on concrete floors to monitor testing in my school, and my leg has been sore since yesterday. Today I noticed that the skin is red in both areas and I can feel pain along the muscle when I touch the skin where the redness is.
