What Could Black Spots On Nipple Suggest?

Hello, I found a tiny black spot on my right nipple last night. I got really worried and tried to scratch it off with no luck, so I then tried using tweezers to pull it off. I was able to get half of it off, but the other half is still there, directly in the center of my nipple. What is this?
