What Could Blackish Scaled Skin After Suffering Skin Inflammation Indicate?

hi i m 26 yrs old f, 5.3 wt ,60kgs with h/o allergic bronchitis...i got rashes over ma face neck and armpit about a month and a half back...it was red n inflamatory wid burnin sensation in d beginin den produced whitish scale n den turned blackish...its non itchy n ma skin on the affected area is rough dry n seems lke adherent blackish scales...
