What Could Bleeding In Ears With Headache Suggest?

i hv nose bleeds everyday past 1 month.. and past two days many times a day though its just for a min...yest even one of my ear was bleeding .Sometimes i have heavy headaches too.. i have had no head injuries though i ve gotta mild sinus problem. Can u please tell me wats d problem with me.
