What Could Bleeding Nose In Infants Suggest?

My one-year-old daughter rolled off the bed and fell face down. Her nose bled a little, but stopped quickly. She doesn't seem to have any other unusual symptoms. Should we take her to the emergency room to get her checked for a concussion or anything else?
